Политика отмены и возврата денежных средств
The full balance of the tour price is due 30–60 days prior to the start of the tour (exact date stated on the invoice). A non-refundable administration fee of 15% of the total tour price is applied to every booking. This fee is credited toward the total tour price and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Полная оплата стоимости тура должна быть произведена за 30–60 дней до начала тура. К каждому бронированию применяется невозвратный административный сбор в размере 15% от общей стоимости тура.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable). The cancellation is effective from the date the written notice is received by the Company.
Все запросы на аннуляцию должны быть направлены в письменной форме.

Instead of a cash refund, the Client may choose to receive a credit voucher for the refundable amount (after deduction of the 15% non-refundable administration fee). The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be used toward any future tour offered by the Company, subject to availability.
Вместо денежного возврата Клиент может получить кредитный ваучер на сумму, подлежащую возврату. Ваучер действителен в течение 12 месяцев с даты выдачи.
Date changes requested before full payment is received are free of charge (subject to availability). Changes requested within 30 days of the original start date may incur additional costs related to accommodation, transport, or other suppliers. Any such costs are quoted in advance and must be paid before the change is confirmed.
Изменение дат, запрошенное до полной оплаты, производится бесплатно. Изменение дат в течение 30 дней до начала тура может повлечь дополнительные расходы.
If the Company cancels a tour for any reason (including insufficient group size, safety reasons, or operational issues), the Client receives a full refund of all payments made, or the option to transfer the booking to another available departure at no extra cost.
В случае аннуляции тура Компанией Клиенту возвращается полная сумма всех произведённых платежей либо предоставляется возможность переноса бронирования.
In the event of force majeure beyond the reasonable control of either party (natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government restrictions, border closures, civil unrest, or other unforeseeable events that make the tour impossible or unsafe), the Company may cancel or modify the tour, offering either a full or partial refund (after deduction of documented non-recoverable costs) or a credit voucher.
В случае наступления обстоятельств непреодолимой силы Компания вправе отменить или изменить тур, предложив полный или частичный возврат средств либо кредитный ваучер.
Clients are strongly recommended to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, evacuation, and adventure activities. The Company is not responsible for costs arising from the Client's failure to obtain adequate insurance.
Клиентам настоятельно рекомендуется приобрести комплексную страховку путешествующих.
No refunds or credits are issued for services that remain unused once the tour has commenced (including early departure, missed activities, meals, accommodation, or transport).
Возврат денежных средств за услуги, неиспользованные после начала тура, не производится.
Bank transfer fees, currency conversion charges, and payment processing fees are non-refundable and are deducted from any refund amount.
Комиссии за банковский перевод, конвертацию валюты и обработку платежей не подлежат возврату.
By making payment, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this
Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Оплачивая счёт, Клиент подтверждает, что ознакомился с настоящей Политикой, понял её и принимает её условия.
