For centuries, the horse has been the soul of Kyrgyz nomadic life. There is simply no better way to understand the spirit of this land than from the back of a sure-footed Kyrgyz horse. Our horseback tours take you across high jailoo (summer pastures) carpeted with wildflowers, following routes used by nomads for generations.
Learn the quiet language of the horse from local guides who grew up in the saddle. Camp in yurts or under star-filled skies. Share meals and stories with families who still move with the seasons. These journeys are intimate by design — small groups, experienced wranglers, and plenty of time for the land and its people to work their magic on you.
